VA Appeals Court Now available ONLINE

All;

The VA has changed the way they do appeal hearings.

    Under the old system a Veteran could request a hearing with a VA Law Judge either in Washington D.C. or, locally, with a traveling VA Law Judge.
    Under the new system, when a Veteran requests a hearing on his appeal with a VA Law Judge, it will be a virtual hearing rather than an in-person hearing.

The two attachments explain how the virtual hearing works and how to test your equipment if you are doing the hearing from home or some other location other than VA or TVC office.

Very Respectfully;
