District 2020 Spring Convention
To All;
Nothing locked in stone, but had to get out the agenda, lodging, meals and registration information before all agendas were provided. Meals are also still flexible. There is a host post and auxiliary working to support the requirements of the 21st District Legion and Auxiliary who have not presented a common approach.
Registration fee covers:
- Friday evening appetizers for those who arrive/register then at the Post
- Two (2) light breakfasts
- Coffee/water/iced tea throughout the day - snacks if able to cover cost
- One (1) dinner (final cost as yet unknown, but 21st District guidance was to keep it as low priced as possible)
- Entertainment - live music
- Publication of the Program
Request that the 21st District Commander and Auxiliary President set up a meeting soonest w/ 157 Post and Auxiliary leadership to get all on same page.
